Garth Davis is the Founder and CEO of Property Powerhouse, who emigrated from Zimbabwe, Africa to Australia in 2002. He studied a Bachelor Of Commerce at Rhodes University in South Africa, and also has a Diploma In Property Services (Agency Management) WA, and is a Real Estate Licensee in WA and QLD. Garth has personally successfully bought, sold, and renovated, a large number of properties around Australia.

Garth has been a specialist in the Investment Property industry for over 17 years, during which time he has helped over 500 property investors onto their property journey and wealth journey.

Garth and his wife own 9 investment properties themselves around Australia, and they have a strategic mix of house and land as well as apartments. Garth has experienced firsthand the successes and challenges of being a property investor, as well as the pleasures of capital growth, and excellent tax savings from investing in new properties through high depreciation allowances.

He is passionate about property, his community, and about making a difference. He holds and hosts many property educational events, and property social events, throughout the year and throughout Australia. PROPERTY POWERHOUSE is the Premier Grade Sponsor of the Joondalup Brothers Rugby Union Premier Grade Team, as well as being the Principal Partner of the Perth Spirit rugby union team which won the 2016 National Rugby Championship.
